Article about the Zaurus SL-C3000
I’ve had a productive day today! Because I wanted to do some testing with the original Sharp software of my Zaurus SL-C3000, I had to re-flash it. I took a risk that turned sour, so I had to clear the entire machine and start from scratch. It took quite a few searches on Google and a couple of downloads to get everything I needed. To prevent me from having to search all over again, I took the liberty of combining the info into a single page, including the downloads.
The article contains four small step-by-step HOWTOs:
- Restoring a known-good NAND
- Zeroing an SL-C3000
- Updating to the latest Japanese software
- Restoring Japanese to English
I hope everybody that likes to tinker with their C3000 enjoys this collection of HOWTOs.
